Learning Outcomes

The learning outcomes for IS4790 PhD topical seminar:

·       Students will be able to articulate the most current issues facing the information sciences military services.

·       Students will be able to pass their written and oral exams as a result of reviewing the most critical knowledge elements of philosophy of science, quantitative methods, qualitative methods and large-scale field experimentation.

·       Students will be able to present their dissertation research in preparation for their dissertation defense.

·       Students will be able to develop research plans for critical IS problems in the military services.
