Overview

The purpose of this short course is to help mid-level leaders develop the mental agility needed for decision advantage and to provide them leadership tools for building and leading agile organizations, reasoning through complex situations, formulating and shaping strategy at the operational level, and becoming a lifelong learner. It consists of several “strategic thinking sessions” (via DL), followed by two-days in person. The target audience is O-4s and O-5s as well as commanders/primary staff in operational units.
