Evaluation/Acceptance

Once all required materials are received, NPS Admissions will complete an initial evaluation within 1-3 business days. This timeline may vary if an additional evaluation by the department is required.

You will be contacted for any missing documentation.

If found academically qualified, you will receive an acceptance letter within 5 business days. Once accepted, your department EdTech will contact you for course enrollment.

4

Set up your NPS Account

Before your courses begin, you will receive an automated confirmation email with a link to complete your SAAR form.

Once your SAAR is approved, you’ll need to set up your NPS Account, install certificates, and set up your profile.

Our student guide contains all instructions necessary to complete this process.

Frequently Asked Questions

The timeline largely depends on how quickly your previous institutions submit official transcripts. Once NPS receives all required documentation, the academic evaluation takes 1–3 business days, and acceptance letters are typically issued within 5 business days.

The System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) is a mandatory cybersecurity compliance form required to provision your official network credentials. This grants you secure access to internal campus portals, your student email, and your NPS Online courses.

Course pages are traditionally published by instructors during the week leading up to the official academic quarter start date. If you don't see your class listed on your dashboard 48 hours before your first scheduled lecture, please reach out to clehelp@nps.edu.
